NAIL FAQ'S

Do you do custom orders?

Can I change the design of my nails?

Once you have placed your order you have 24hrs to change the design of your nails. After 24hrs all designs are final.

How long will it take for the nails to be made?

The current wait time as of September 2024 is 2 working weeks. This may vary over our busier October period, but you will always be updated via email.

How do I place an order?

First you will need to order a sizing kit and find your nail sizes. For each different nail shape you will need to order a different sizing kit as they can vary with each shape, and you will need to see if the shape and length suit your nail. Next, you will need to find the design you like, select your sizes and preferred shape and length. If your sizes do not line up with our pre-assigned sizes, select 'custom' and email reverievenails@gmail.com with your order number and let us know your sizes. Please note, on orders over £150 you will get a complimentary sizing kit that will be sent out automatically once you place your order.

How do I apply the nails?

Our press-on nails are very easy to apply and will last well when applied properly.

• Firstly, clean your hands and make sure there is no excess nail polish/glue/other products on your nails. Thoroughly dry your nails and wait a few minutes.
• Take the nail file provided and file the sides of your nails. You may keep your nails the length you like, but filing the sides will prevent your natural nails from showing outside the press-ons.
• Use the nail buffer provided to lightly buff away the shine and create texture for the press-ons to adhere to.
• Use the alcohol wipe provided to wipe away any excess dust and dehydrate your natural nail. Be mindful not to touch your nails after you have done this as this may add oils that will prevent retention.
• If you are using a nail glue, add nail glue to your natural nail and a small amount to your press on nail. Apply the nails starting at a 45 degree angle from your cuticle. Hold and press for at least 15 seconds.
• If you are using nail adhesive tabs: apply the tab to the inside of the press on nail and peel away the protective film. Apply the nails starting at a 45 degree angle from the cuticle. Hold and press for at least 30 seconds.

Are the nails strong?

Our press-ons are made from the highest quality tips that are extremely strong and durable, especially when taken good care of. If you would like extra protection we also offer an extra hard gel layer, however this may prevent from any flexibility.

How long will the nails last?

If you are using nail glue they will last for 2-3 weeks as long as they are applied correctly. If you are using nail adhesive tabs they will last 1-2 days.

Can I reuse the nails?

Absolutely, yes. We have had customers keep their nails for over 4 years now. Simply file away any excess glue inside the nail before you wear them again.

Will my nails be the same as pictured?

Whilst every effort is made to make the nails exactly the same as pictured, all of our nails are handmade so there may be very slight differences. Our curated collection are completely unique designs, so the outcome of these nails may vary.

What comes with my nails?

You will receive a nail storage box, your nails, a nail file, a nail cleansing brush, a nail buffer, a wooden cuticle stick. UK orders will receive a nail glue.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS FAQ'S

Can I return the nails?

We have a strict no refunds policy due to the handmade nature of our products, unless the parcel has been damaged and your nails have been damaged during shipping. In this case, photos will need to be sent for us to be able to make a claim.

Can I cancel my order?

Once you have placed your order you will have 24hrs to cancel it if you so wish. Once 24hrs have passed your order is final and no changes or cancellations can be made.

My sizes don't fit, can I have a refund or exchange?

It is 100% the customers responsibility to order the correct sizing and therefore strictly no refunds or exchanges will be made if the wrong sizes are ordered. You may order replacement nails here if needed.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently ship to the UK, EU, Canada and North America only. UK delivery starts from £2.99 and International delivery starts from £7.99. All shipping options are tracked.

UK standard will take 3-5 working days to arrive after dispatch. UK express will take 1-2 working days to arrive after dispatch.

Shipping time only applies once the orders have been made, please allow up to 2 working weeks for your order to be made before it is shipped.

Customs 

Customers are responsible for paying for any customs charges. We do our best to avoid customers having to pay these, but they occasionally turn up.

I've not received my order yet, what should I do?

All orders will be shipped after the up to 2 working weeks it takes to create your order. If you have not received a dispatch email within these two working weeks and there has been no communication that the wait time has been extended, please email reverievenails@gmail.com and let us know.
